2. Can you make a costumes?
Of course we can. If you like any product, but would like to make your own changes, or you’d like your own individual product, you can contact us and we’ll be happy to fulfil your request.
3. Do you offer wholesale or quantity discounts？
Yes, both wholesale and quantity discount pricing is available. Please contact us for details.
4. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
5. When is my order shipped?
Orders usually ship within 1-2 days. North American orders are delivered in about 7-10 days. European orders will be delivered in about 8-12 days Delivery to other areas takes about 10-18 days
6. What is your return policy?

7. Do you ship to my country？
Yes, we ship to any country that receives mail. You will be able to choose your country during the checkout process. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us.
8. What are the terms of your good production？
It all depends on the degree of complexity of the order and whether the product is in stock. On average, the production of a product takes from 3 to 30 days. After the product is ready, we set aside 1-3 days for testing it.
